While the colourful design draws inspiration from the 1970s, the solar-quartz movement ensures a sustainably precise display of time. Water-resistant up to 10 bar, the stainless-steel case with prominent crown protection and sapphire crystal equips the watch for many sporty performance tests – during blazing sun or pouring rain. Often, time is the deciding factor in sports: Thanks to its unidirectional bezel and its chronograph precise to the fifth of a second, the 1972 Chronoscope Solar always keeps track, even when things might get a bit tight. The contrasting totalizers with colourfully distinguished hands guarantee an optimal indication of time.
