Spring is just around the corner, a season in which people long for color. Junghans fulfills this desire with three new versions of max bill Ladies models that illustrate a clear focus on color blocking.

Junghans combines this colorful trend with the purist aesthetics of the max bill line. This is a good choice because the minimalist max bill design gives these colors the leading role. For these new max bill Ladies variations, Junghans’ designers opted for delicate pastel shades, the use of which is also known as soft color blocking. The dials and leather straps of the three new watches are used as color blocks, and Junghans has chosen to highlight the following dial and strap combinations: Pale pink/light gray, arctic blue/mint green and honey yellow/blue. As these are delicate colors with strong expressions there‘s something for every outfit here.

To underscore the color blocking effect, Junghans’ designers deliberately chose a re-strained dial design. Among other elements, they used the fine hour markers typical of the max bill line and the characteristic double dots at 12 o‘clock.

What the three watches have in common is the slim, round, stainless steel case protected by sapphire crystal, which measures just under 33 mm and is less than seven millimeters in height. The max bill Ladies is a lightweight timepiece that offers fine leather straps – a combination that oozes first-class wearing comfort. Quartz Caliber J643.29 not only delivers the time, but also a date display that perfectly matches the rest of the dial’s color.
