Junghans makes a timely statment.

Manufacturing and production has continues without interruption at Junghans since the company was founded in 1861. The achievements of Arthur Junghans, son of the company’s founder and himself a great inventor, are legendary. Arthur had an exceptional understanding of how to combine technical advance- ments with traditional values of watch making. And Junghans is still creating watch-making history. The invention and continued development of radio-controlled technology are tightly linked with the name Junghans. The mainspring of the innovative, inventive spirit of Junghans watchmakers has always been – and still is – the quest to make watches offering the highest precision.

"From tradition to future" – The Junghans collection has been fundamentally reorganized under this motto. The collection is now clearly structured and based on three pillars that reflect the attributes of the Junghans brand: tradition, innovation, and continuity.

Mechanical watches the way the old masters made them
The "Arthur Junghans" segment reflects the long Junghans tradition of making the best mechanical wristwatches. The name that made the house of Junghans what it is today is used exclusively for the best mechanical watches. These watches are influenced by style elements from successful earlier models, but interpreted with a classic, contemporary twist. Each model features a glass, back so the watchmaker’s filigreed workmanship is visible. The watch movements are reminiscent of the work of the old masters, and feature the finest of details, decorated with blued screws and a stripe finish.
